I accidentally de-activated my online program.
Unfortunately you will no longer be able to access your program. Please contact DataChem and request a replacement for the remaining days of your program.
When I click on “Start Program” nothing happens.
Program is likely already opened but is located behind another open window. Close open all open windows until your program appears. If this does not work, please contact us at [email protected]
I am having trouble returning to the program after clicking on the Help section.
Please click on “Return to Program” in upper left corner of the screen
I am trying to start my program but when I click on the program name I am taken instead to a page to purchase the program once again.

How do I access my program from a mobile phone.
Open www.datachemsoftware.com in your phones’ browser and select My Account button at the top of screen to login. After you login, select Current programs from the dropdown menu and scroll down the page to find your program. Click on “Start Program” located to the right of the program name or "Link Program" if you have not yet activated your license.
If your program license is part of a corporate multi-user purchase, you will access your program through the “Multi-User Login” option.
Select the layer cake button (3 dots and dashes)- the last of 6 buttons located at the top of the screen. Select "Multi-User Login
Login if necessary.- If already logged in
Scroll down- on the online program page until you see your program- Click on “Start Program”
How do I access my program from a mobile phone.
Go to: Settings
Click on: Safari app
Select: Clear History & Website Data
Click on: Start Program to the right of the program name

- The Study Session has frozen; I cannot select any topics and I receive message that my program is not responding
Download Program
My account states downloaded, but the download did not complete.
Please contact datachem at [email protected] or (800) 377-9717 and we will enable another download for you.
I have a Windows 10 computer and received a message that “Windows protected your PC", and now the download has disappeared.
You will need to contact Datachem for another download. With the new download, when you receive the "Windows Protected your PC" message, click "more Info" and "Run anyway" and "Yes" to begin the installation
My download completed but I cannot locate the files to activate the program
From Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\DataChem Software. Your program files should be located in this folder. Click on "Datachem.exe" to start your program.
I received an error message "Program Expired".
After completing the download I received the Error message: Verify Failed
